There are five different categories of assignments that Bengt Karlöf has performed during his carrier as a management consultant:

A. Coaching and supporting managers in issues of problem solving, operative and strategic importance.

B. Performing assignments regarding strategy, effectiveness, benchmarking- and learning.

C. Being a sounding board and “devils advocate” in connection with management issues in general.

D. Lecturing and monitoring workshops in management issues such as strategy, effectiveness, benchlearning etc.

E. Assisting in development issues such as the application of Benchlearning in order to achieve best practice, implementing management systems for effectiveness metrics within an organization.
